Job Description:

Our client, a 5 star boutique hotel, based in Hermanus is searching for a Boutique Manager

To enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.


Minimum Experience and Qualification Required:

  • Must be computer literate
  • Good Communication Skills and good command of the English Language
  • Planning and Organisation Skills
  • Well groomed, friendly and presentable
  • 3 to 5 years experience at a Boutique as a Sales Assistant
  • Must be a team player
  • From time to time you will be required to work shifts
  • Good knowledge of the surrounding areas in Hermanus


Key Performance Objectives:

  • To manage the Boutique and travel desk
  • To liaise with guests
  • Monthly stock control
  • Selling and communicating with guests
  • Meeting monthly Budgets
  • Managing Travel Desk
  • Meet sales budgets by motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
